Unable to send DM to users with bot token. I have im:write scope

To Reproduce
slck messages send U07D13N5AMV "Uses bot token"

Expected behavior
Success message
Actual behavior
Error: channel 'u07d13n5amv' not found. Use 'slck channels list' to see available channels
