Better RTL context knowledge

Early detect the Rtl and page orientation (landscape vs portrait) to:

• Support margin-inline css
• Better constraint the table width to not exceed page margin Table - outside page (bug) and auto-fit (feature request) #202 (currently, only supports 100%)
• Table Tables with CSS margin auto not properly aligned #194 and paragraph Auto Spacing Before Paragraphs #54 should reflect Rtl
