badges stopped working for my packages

At some point, badges stopped working for the @lingui/core and @lingui/react packages. I don't understand how this could be the problem.

@yslpn it seems the re-occurring issues is deno deploy. It's not doing a good enough job of spinning up new functions to handle new requests, so while a bundle is building (which can be blocking), it uses the same blocked edge function. Plus their rate limits are too strict. I might have to migrate away from it and find some better alternatives. I'm currently exploring Cloudflare Workers. I'm not sure what other alternatives would work here tbh 🤔
