Error: Underflow impossible to recover

Hi,
I ran shapeit4 using family scaffold and map chromosome hg38. I got "Underflow impossible to recover" error for chromosome6 and chromosome19, the rest worked fine. I'm quite curious what to fix this error. I already found this issue in 2020 but there is no solution and i cant find your email in shapeit4 --help.
