Does the installation also install the CUDA Toolkit?

I know nvidia-smi sometimes can be tricky, just wonder if the commands you are mentioning in the tutorial would install the CUDA toolkit as well, thanks!

nvidia-smi comes with the driver and so the cuda runtime libraries (so you can run cuda applications without installing the cuda-toolkit), you only need to install the cuda toolkit to develop cuda apps to bring nvcc to your computer.
