Context

v8 exam blueprint is built from two axes (from QuestionClassification data):

• Physician activity (Assessment, Diagnosis, Management, etc.)
• Dimension of care (MCC exam blueprint domains)

Each answered question maps to a cell in this grid. The profile should display accuracy per cell.

Acceptance criteria

• Grid/matrix visualization showing accuracy by Physician activity × Dimension of care
• Colour-coded cells (green = strong, red = weak)
• Depends on QuestionClassification entity (QuestionClassification entity — captain Phase 3 classification #69)
• Feeds into the 100-question profile that unlocks the Lookup Layer
