Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I made a simple rating component (not compatible with Nuxt UI though) but I would like to be able to use it within the Form component.

So, is your request the ability to add any custom component to a Form?

I see that this component is having a rough time being implemented (abandoned PRs etc.), I could take a look into this if it should be added to the library.
