Commercial Licensing Terms (v2.1)

This repository contains proprietary logic for LEO constellation handoff optimization. Standard open-source usage is restricted by the non-derivative clause (see LICENSE).

Enterprise Licensing Options:

  1. Infrastructure Integration License: For Tier-1 satellite operators (Starlink/Kuiper-scale).
    • Full integration rights for DHT predictive logic.
    • Dedicated technical audit of 0.816-threshold constants.
  2. Strategic Consulting: Architecture review of orbital mesh topology.
