Windows/MacOS Extension won't work

Unsure with I am doing wrong since I followed steps for both Operator System since I have both. I tried it on my gaming PC it didn't work so I thought what if I tried it on my MacOS and yet that also didn't work so now I am just lost because I really want to use multiple profile for firefox so I could easily keep track with what I am doing

nevermind, i fixed the issue it was because I was using Zen and after I downloaded FireFox the extension currently completely fine
