Extension isnt working

I have downloaded and installed the additional software but when I open the extension it still shows Setup Incomplete and tried to get me to download the software

I have tried opening the installer and selecting repair but no joy

On a side note, I am not using this software with firefox, I am using it with zen, would that make a difference?

you will see from the attached vido that when the extension is open, it seems to jump, as if it wants to access the extension and complete the set up but isnt convinced...
there are a few instances I can chosef rom but if you scroll the vido to 15s you will see that it is loading but then jumps back to Setup Incomplete

This might be a little late but yes, currently this extension does not work for Zen only for FireFox, Hopefully the Dev can make it work for Zen because I prefer Zen over FireFox
