Add option for server running in Docker?

Would it make sense to add a Dockerfile to this repo to allow users to run the VPN server inside a Docker container? This could simplify server setup on multiple OSes and cloud providers.

Seems reasonable. We are looking for an internal maintainer for this project at the moment though.
