Thanks for reporting this — we'll update the validation logic.

Currently, the public version of Scan doesn't have any GitHub projects uploaded. We'll upload some demo projects like tact-template later, but there are no plans to allow users to scan arbitrary code, in order to avoid providing a free hacking tool.
