Dependency Pinning #660
Description
How do we feel about pinning dependencies in this repo. In the website, we pin dependencies to exact dependencies (for CLI tools, i.e. prettier), ~ for testing frameworks (i.e. stroybook), etc.
However, in this repository, we use ^ all the way, and haven't seen any issues related to it, I believe.
Where do we stand on pinning in this repo?
