[PyPI]: README / Package is outdated

Context
Running !pip install graphgrove installs graphgrove-0.0.1. However, this package is outdated; it does not even support the example toy code outlined by the README of this repository:

for batch in data_batches:
    scc.partial_fit(batch)

The following error is produced:

AttributeError: module 'graphgrove' has no attribute 'vec_scc'

This issue persists even after the package is built locally and installed.

Suggest either updating the readme or the package.
