Starters for building a Java / Thymeleaf project

• Minimal backend that allows someone transitioning from Flask/Python to Spring/Java to get an idea about routes and rendering HTML pages
• Start off with a lot of Thymeleaf and specifically a layout.html that introduces a bunch of concepts on how to structure HTML for reuse.
• Revive VANTA for familiarity with CSP web starting lessons
• Start integrating project with TPT work from last year
