[Bug]: Some VI descriptions have incorrect libraries listed #157

What version of the icon editor are you using?

Summary
In recent changes to the Actor Framework, some framework VIs have been moved to different LabVIEW libraries. The descriptions for many of those VIs still says that they are in their old libraries.
To correct this the VI descriptions would need to be updated to include the correct library names. This is just a documentation change, not a functional one.
