Take care of googles encrypted DEPENDENCY_INFO_BLOCK

It seems our github release apk contains signature block blobs: 0x504b4453 (DEPENDENCY_INFO_BLOCK; GOOGLE)

If we can't see what's inside we should remove it, if it does not break the Google Play releases.
