Hello. There's nothing to worry about; it just means you have an old version of HaRP that doesn't support the endpoint that returns the version.

You can safely upgrade to the latest version of HaRP; there were no breaking changes in HaRP.

After change in
ghcr.io/nextcloud/nextcloud-appapi-harp:main
it works again without errors
