appapi-harp Container does not start and hangs in a loop

Steps to reproduce

1. start appapi-harp container in docker
2. "docker ps" shows "restarting"
3. appapi-harp container is not running

Expected behaviour

appapi-harp container should be started

Actual behaviour

container is in a restart loop

thanks for reporting this.
seems like docker v29's change: haproxy/haproxy#3191
maybe only upgrading the haproxy inside the container is required: haproxy/haproxy#3191 (comment)

Any updates here? The appapi-harp container is still not usable. Nextcloud wants me to use harp proxy instead of DSP.
