+1 on this. I maintain dnstm-setup, a shell-based deployment tool that automates dnstm server setup with multi-tunnel support (Slipstream + DNSTT, SOCKS + SSH backends).

I have been getting requests to add NoizDNS support as well (SamNet-dev/dnstm-setup#15). Would love to see noizdns/sayedns added as a native transport type in dnstm — once supported on the engine side, I can integrate it into my setup wizard and management menu right away.

Looking forward to get an update on both DNSTM/DNSTC; NoizDNS would be a great addition to the stack.
