Add an open-source license #72

Hey! Thanks for building this project — really useful work.

I noticed the repo doesn't have a LICENSE file, which means it defaults to "all rights reserved" under copyright law. This makes it unclear whether others can fork, modify, or distribute the code.

Would you consider adding an open-source license? Something like MIT, Apache 2.0, or GPL would make it clear that the community can freely use, extend, and build on this. Especially in current times, it's important that projects like this get used and extended as widely as possible.

Happy to help if needed. Thanks!
