Generating javadocs with bash script

Create bash script for automatically deploy javadocs to gh-pages branch.

steps:

• find latest released version
• checkout repository to this version
• build javadocs (found at target/apidocs)
• copy javadocs into gh-pages branch
• commit

@me, use /docs folder nstead of using gh-pages branch github documentation.
