Keep track of all the DecisionTable coordinates in both resolved and computed forms

Such a cache will make it possible to eliminate rules early, if they expect another value for a computed Coordinate.

The proposed solution is to build the direct acyclic graph for storing all the Coordinates, Conditions and Rules, as proposed in ADRs of #167.
