change 'ele' to 'elevation' #58

Our standard GET locator endpoint (/api/v1/position/report/...) used to unofficially support an "ele" property, and it appears that Nevada was the only organization supporting that property. We made the decision to rename it to "elevation" without providing any backwards compatibility, as it did not feel like an essential use case.
