Unable to parse .txt Trying to scan VNC.

I have a .txt file with only an IP per line. It's about 40MBs
When I run
scrying -f IP.txt --mode vnc

It returns unable to parse IP.txt
RDP targets: none
WEB targets: none
VNC targets: none

Am I doing something wrong?

EDIT: The documentation is not very great when it comes to if you encounter an error.
