Support for ACF?

Would it be possible to extend the functionality of the SimpleTOC plugin to support ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), or ideally, Secure Custom Fields?

I’m looking to dynamically display employee names as H2 headings, along with their photos and biographies.

It would be great if this functionality could be integrated.
