[Bug]: Cannot update or use stack if folder has different name from stack

Bug Description

When I initially installed this compose_plugin, I migrated from the previous docker compose from Unraid and everything worked as expected, including updates from the U.I. Now, when I try to update an stack, if the name of the stack doesn't match the Unraid folder name, it doesn't work. It's interesting that on the bottom left of the stack page it still shows the proper folder.

Expected Behavior

Not to use the stack name for the "default" folder name, but rather where the compose is located.

Steps to Reproduce

Name the Stack with a different name from the folder in which the compose.yml is located.

This should be fixed in the latest release, I apologize for leaving this in a broken state for so long. I know its little consolation but I just had a new baby! So I've been a little busy with that and haven't had time to get back to this. I should have been more careful before leaving. Please note: You will likely need to stop your stacks before upgrading to this new version as I've standardized the folder name to be the canonical project name, with the 'name' file being simply a display name.

Second, this is a hobby and not a comercial project, in which I’m very thankful and grateful for the work you’ve done! Literally transformed Unraid docker support to what should be currently, since docker run is so outdated.
