Error in ExampleView.xaml in the sample Example_Resources

When I open the XAML designer I get the following error but the app is building correctly and working.

The Instance Property was accessed without calling a LiteralProviders Initialize function beforehand. (screenshot below). Is there an easy fix ?

I take the opportunity of this issue to ask if the project is still in dev and what would be the complexity of adding database support as a resource provider ?

Hello, thanks for asking and sorry for waiting!

The problem is that the library should throw an exception if it was not initialized properly. When in design mode, the library wasn't yet initialized and therefore throws this exception. A solution would be necessary to do in the library in order to detect if the user is in design mode. Other than this, I am unsure if there is something you can do. We will see if we can do something for the next release!

For your second question:
Yes, this project is still in development. In order to add other sources, e.g. database as resource provider, I think you would probably only need to create an implementation of the IFileProvider interface to go against a database for the necessary CRUD operations, and then use it when initializing the library. Sorry for the naming of the interface, a DB case would obviously not be a "File". It's a good suggestion for a future release!
