Automatically extract inputs from RAS

Would it be possible to automatically extract inputs from RAS so you don't have to build all of the input .csv files?

This is difficult because we are looking for specific parameters in the background files. We will need to work with someone who how HEC-RAS stores this information. Some items, like city locations, are not likely to stored in HEC-RAS at all.
