Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Use the 5.5.207 pdf.js version
2. https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/pdf.js/5.5.207/pdf.worker.min.mjs - 404 in network tab
3. this causes the PDF to not load inside the PDF renderer.
4. The pdf opens when I directly paste the URL in the browser

What is the expected behavior?

https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/pdf.js/5.5.207/pdf.worker.min.mjs should return with 200 response code and the PDF should load.

The latest working version is "pdfjs-dist": "5.3.31"; all later versions still return a 404 Not Found.
