If a feature is removed mid Nightly cycle, Experimenter will have discovered a versioned schema for it for the current Nightly version and stored it, so even after it's removed it will still be targetable for that version, even though it's no longer in that version? So should we remove/disable the versioned schema if it's removed mid nightly cycle?
