Information required on CellOracle perturbation scores interpretation

Hi Everyone,
I am seeking clarification regarding the interpretation of perturbation analysis results generated using CellOracle.

For my analysis, I performed transcription factor knockdown simulations and would like to confirm whether my interpretation of the perturbation score outputs is correct.

Current Understanding
Pink color indicates that the perturbation shifts the lineage trajectory away from the expected developmental direction, corresponding to a negative inner product perturbation score.
Green color indicates that the perturbation does not disrupt lineage directionality, meaning the differentiation trajectory remains aligned with the developmental lineage, corresponding to a positive perturbation score.
Arrow direction represents the predicted cell state transition following perturbation.

Biological Interpretation
Based on this interpretation, we inferred the following:

• TF-A knockdown appears to redirect Astrocyte I and APs toward Astrocyte II, suggesting that TF-A KD may promote or bias differentiation toward the Astrocyte II fate.
• TF-B knockdown similarly appears to drive APs and Astrocyte I toward the Astrocyte II population.

Could you kindly confirm whether this interpretation is accurate, or advise if we may be misinterpreting the perturbation results? I have attached a screenshot of the relevant CellOracle output for reference.
