harm: Typed versions of aarchmrs-instrucions' functions #8
Description
For users who do not like "overloaded" functions, the crate may provide typed versions of aarchmrs-instrucions' functions (using proper register types, signed/unsigned/aligned values, etc). Same functions are to be used in the "overloaded" implementations.
Reacher API may be gated by a feature.
