I am currently testing CryoDRGN-AI and noticed that the recommended input format is the output from Warp/M. I also found discussions in previous GitHub issues mentioning that Relion 5 results can be used as input.
My question is: Can Relion 4 output also be supported as input?
Currently, I have the following files from a Relion 4 workflow:
Tilt series
.xf file from IMOD tilt-series alignment
ctffind4.txt (CTF parameters)
Relion 4 STAR file with particle coordinates
Could you please advise on how to convert these Relion 4 outputs into a compatible format for CryoDRGN-AI? If there are any scripts or steps available to facilitate this conversion, I would greatly appreciate the guidance.
