Git cloning permission issues

I'm trying to install DRGN-AI and have the following issue while cloning git:

git@github.com: Permission denied (publickey).
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

Hi, can you share the git clone command you were using when you got this error? I have been seeing what appear to be server-side connectivity issues with downloading data from Git over the past week or so not dissimilar to this, so you might also be able to clone successfully if you just retry the same command!

Hi, I am using exactly the same command as suggested in the installation instructions:
git clone git@github.com:ml-struct-bio/drgnai.git

I double-checked the command and it is still working on our end — based on your error message, the most likely culprit is that you have not yet set up a public/private key pair for use with SSH when downloading from Git. You can find info on how to set this up at the GitHub documentation: https://docs.github.com/en/authentication/connecting-to-github-with-ssh
