drgnai setup for cryoET from relion5 workflow

Hi,

It seems that the ET example provided in the manuscript is output result (particles.star, ctf.pkl, etc) from Warp/M.
However, I have not much experience with Warp/M yet, is it possible to generate these result from Relion5 pipeline? Or Warp/M is a must have for ET STA analysis?

Edit: We have a script that can convert the output of RELION5 to the Warp/M .star file format expected by cryoDRGN-AI. Please reach out to @ryanfeathers for the script. We're currently adding it to one of the development branches of cryoDRGN, the parent package of cryoDRGN-AI, so stay tuned for updates!

The script for RELION5 conversion script is now integrated in cryodrgn as cryodrgn_utils parse_relion. I highly recommend downloading the latest version of cryodrgn (currently v3.5.3). I've also updated the tutorial with instructions for RELION5 data analysis but let me know if you have any questions or anything is unclear.
