Volumes of Spike-MD

Thanks for your great work!
When I reconstructed Spike-MD, I found that there was no ground truth volume file in the dataset. How can I caculate the FSC Curve like other dataset(IgG-1D, IgG-RL, et.)

I notice that the labels in gt_latents.pkl is [ 0 1 2 ... 99997 99998 99999]
Does that mean "particles.mrcs" contains 100k different particles (1 image per particle) ?
