This is most likely due to the low level keyboard hooks, which might be used by malware to steal passwords etc. Maybe this can be avoided by signing the application etc etc, given enough interest I might look into this.

Well I still use it every day, but the warning is just once and then it works. Not a high priority for me. You might be right it's suspicious about the low level hooks. Anyway, if you ever decide to market your app you know what to do 😉
