Record a live-coding session (30-45 min) building a multi-agent system with governance from scratch. Show the real developer experience including mistakes and debugging.

Suggested Flow

1. Start with an empty project
2. Install agent-os-kernel and agent-mesh
3. Create 3 agents with different roles
4. Write policies: who can do what, rate limits, approval gates
5. Run the agents and watch governance in action
6. Show what happens when an agent violates a policy

Deliverable

• YouTube video (30-45 min)
• Code repo or gist linked in description
• PR to add link in COMMUNITY.md

Skills Needed

• Python, comfortable coding on camera
