I'd love to take this on! I've been exploring the Agent Governance Toolkit and this seems like a perfect way to contribute while learning the stack deeply.

My plan:

1. Set up the full Docker Compose stack locally
2. Walk through the deployment process end-to-end
3. Create a 10-15 min video covering all the points you mentioned
4. Submit a PR adding the video link to the deployment docs

I have some experience with Docker and have done technical tutorials before, so this feels like a good fit. I'll start by forking and getting the local environment running this week.

Quick question: Would you prefer the video to focus more on the "getting started" flow for beginners, or dive a bit deeper into the observability aspects? I can strike a balance but wanted to check your preference 😊
