[Bug - Partner Center] "InternalServerError" while publishing the extension

Describe the bug

Ghostery extension v10.5.30 has been under review for more than a week. As we have weekly updates, we have canceled the review of v10.5.30 and replaced it with v10.5.31. However, several issues occurred. At first, the cancellation process took much more than the displayed "5 to 10 minutes". We waited until now, and since the new version is in "draft" state, we publish it again.

The process hangs with multiple requests for "status", which finnaly breaks with an internal server error. We can't publish a new version of the extension.

We pushed the extension for review successfully a few minutes ago. Does it mean the bug is resolved?
