Not sure if I should do it, I'm not affiliated with IncludeWP and I believe the owner of a framework must do the submit:

• fork https://github.com/Freemius/IncludeWP
• add info file to https://github.com/Freemius/IncludeWP/tree/master/src/frameworks
• submit pull request.
