Feature request: make selective code highlighting work in PDF export

One of my favorite presenterm features is its great code highlighting and especially selective highlighting which is a great tool to make code-heavy presentations more digestible. Unfortunately selective highlighting currently seems unsupported in PDF exports, I suspect since highlighting is handed over to a large extend to typst. I would love if somebody would look into enabling that feature there as well.

Fixed this, assuming you weren't using dynamic highlighting (e.g. {3|5}).
