Fix typo: "developpers" → "developers" in README.md

The README has "developpers" (extra p) where it should say "developers".

README.md, in the intro paragraph just under the subtitle:

What it should say

...help developers go from "I've never merged a PR" to...

Acceptance criteria

• developpers is replaced with developers in README.md.
• No other text in the file is changed.
• The PR is small and focused (just this one fix).
