Error 4 regarding an EPSG csv file

Hi,
I tried the new version 1.0.1.2 of MSUProj, but i got an Error 4 regarding a EPSG file.
With this error, the GeoTIF raster file generated could not be positionned with overlay in QGis for exemple.
Here's a screenshot of the command-line error

Could tell me where to find this EPSG csv file please, i've searched a little bit on the net but no success.

Just had an idea after i posted the issue:
As i have QGIS installed, i did a file search and could find a gsc.csv file from february 2015 (QGIS 2.8 Wien).
I setted the GDAL_DATA envirronement to point to the directory where the csv file is located and i'm waiting for next pass of Meteor-M2, i will keep you informed.
