Auto select container based on URL matching rules

When an external application opens a tab, automatically select the container based on URL matching rules, with a fallback default.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow users to define a set of URL patterns to open external links in a specific container.
Examples for inspiration: Velja app, Redirector extension.
