Output YAML report to consolidate version information for upstream databases

For publication, it was requested to "Adding the versions, date for the upstream databases would be critical for reproducibility."

YAML files with version details are now created for all downloaded data. See

CapraLab/pipeline_download_scripts#3

Now the report generator must consolidate the outputs into a single human readable .yaml file and include it with the supplemental report files report section.

This specific task is part of the larger longer-term vision of issue #112
