CARTO Error: EGM channel name not found in ECG data

If a EGM channel name specified in the points ***_Point_Export.xml cannot be found in the corresponding ECG_Export.txt import fails.

An example, where the bipolar mapping channel is not found, would be following:

If EGM channels are not found in data they are ignored and no exception is thrown.
This was solved with commit de178b1

EGM data is set to a full length Numpy array of NaN's. This is unnecessary waste of space, an empty array or an array with single NaN would be sufficient and will be adressed in a future release.
