It would be better to use binary encoding for Mute Target Routing, like in the Eloquencer, to make muting of all combinations of the 8 tracks available via 1 CV input, to sequence the mutes via one CV input or MIDI CC.
At the moment only one selection of mutes for one Route can be toggled on/off.
