No registers were displayed when using Nordic's SVD file for the nrf52840 from their latest's SDK.
I made a local copy of the svd file and after changing all of the <dim>{hex value}</dim> and <dimIncrement>{hex value}</dimIncrement> values to decimal it worked.
Apparently Segger had the same issue which is why I tried editing the file.
